Who we are: FJRC.uk is a boutique LegalTech consultancy with a specialisation in AI and LLM’s. We operate across Manchester and Leeds, UK.
What we do: We typically advise on and manage the implementation of large language models (LLMs) within new and incumbent systems in law firms and CMC’s. We work hands-on, and often directly in the firms we are consulting for. Our work is focused on measurable improvements in:
- Process workflows and back-office efficiency
- Regulatory compliance and governance (SRA, FCA, GDPR)
- AI risk management, auditability, and data controls
- Marketing performance and scalability
- Technical and commercial readiness for external funding
Our Availability: We are currently fully engaged on multiple end-to-end, AI-led legal technology programmes for enterprise clients and we are not accepting new instructions at this time. Our earliest anticipated availability for new client intake is August 2026 (subject to change).
Project Costs: Our 2026 rates are as follows:
Day rate: £850 + expenses
